Description: System reset.
Parameter: None
Result: This command will reset the ARL system. All
entries of the address book will be cleared.
Note: The handling of the MAC address is shown
in figure 4. Special attention should be given to
the location of bit 47 of the MAC address, which is
at bit 0 of D5. The software needs to be aware of
this and make the corresponding adjustment.
