These values in Table 20 are valid at the output of the source termination pack, as shown in sections 3.2
and 3.3, with a 100Ω differential load only. The VOH levels are 200mV below LVPECL levels and are
compatible with devices tolerant of lower common-mode ranges. The above table summarizes the DC
output specifications of LVPECL.
