Note 3: Active and standby current measurements are made with oscillator driven by an external square wave signal of
32.768kHz and an amplitude of VDD voltage.
Note 4: For well defined current measurement, a special test-loop is installed in SW with successive write and read of
two addresses. For this, 5 instructions must be reserved in the ROM code. This will be done at
EM Microelectronic-Marin.
