Polypropylene Film Capacitor type is recommended)
O High-resolution auto-zero capacitor connection.
O Buffer output pin in AZ and ZI phase.

O Negative connection for reference capacitor of A/D.
O Output of band-gap voltage reference. Typically –1.23V.
I Reference input voltage connection. Typically –400mV.
