a _{The CAT24WC164 is a16K-bit, cascadable Serial CMOS}
EEPROM internally organized as 2048 words of 8 bits
P _{each. Catalyst’s advanced CMOS technology substan-}
tially reduces device power requirements. The
I 8-pin DIP, 8-pin SOIC, 8-pin MSOP or
8 pin TSSOP
(Also available in "Green" packages)
I Industrial, automotive and
extended temperature ranges
CAT24WC164 features a 16-byte page write buffer. The
device operates via the I²C bus serial interface, has a
special write protection feature, and is available in 8-pin
DIP, 8-pin SOIC, 8-pin TSSOP and 8-lead MSOP.
