Virtex-II and Virtex-II Pro FPGA Designers
For Virtex-II and Virtex-II Pro designers, the CCLK specification in Virtex-4 devices was changed to LVCMOS 12mA
Fast slew rate. Xilinx recommends designing to this new standard.
