voltages. This device is suitable for use in Motor Drive application..

N-channel: V_GS =10V, I_D=3A: R_DS(ON) = 28 mΩ (MAX)
V_GS=4.5V, I_D=3A: R_DS(ON) = 40 mΩ (MAX)
P-channel: V_GS= -10V, I_D=-3A: R_DS(ON) = 60 mΩ (MAX)
V_GS=-4.5V, I_D=-3A: R_DS(ON) = 80 mΩ (MAX)
* Low input capacitance
N-channel : C_ISS with 500 pF (Typ.)
