3. Overvoltage Shutdown Circuit (VSD)
The TB6643KQ incorporates an overvoltage shutdown circuit. When the power supply voltage exceeds 53 V
(typ.), all the output transistors are turned off (Hi-Z).
The VSD circuit has a hysteresis of 3 V (typ.); thus the TB6643KQ resumes the normal operation at 50 V
(typ.).
