NOTE F: Remove the external capacitor connected to SYNC FILTER pin (pin 10), HV SEP1 = 00, SIG DET SW = 1(SYNC-1IN),
SIG DET IMPE=11. The delay time from SYNC1-IN input (525/60i) to SYNC FILTER wave form.
