8. Power on reset (POR)
It avoids the malfunction by resetting all internal data of IC and setting default in startup.
POR circuit operates only when V_DD rises from 0 V. To restart POR, V_DD should be 0.1 V or less.
As for the voltage of storing the internal data, it is guaranteed after V_DD reaches 3.0 V or more once.
