offset drift
The change in offset error versus temperature from the ambient temperature (T_A = 25°C) in ppm of full-scale
range per °C.
gain drift
The change in gain error versus temperature from the ambient temperature (T_A = 25°C) in ppm of full-scale
range per °C.
reference voltage drift
The change in reference voltage error versus temperature from the ambient temperature (T_A = 25°C) in ppm
of full-scale range per °C.
THS5671A evaluation board
An evaluation module (EVM) board for the THS5671A digital-to-analog converter is available for evaluation.
This board allows the user the flexibility to operate the THS5671A in various configurations. Possible output
configurations include transformer coupled, resistor terminated, and inverting/noninverting amplifier outputs.
The digital inputs are designed to interface with the TMS320 C5000 or C6000 family of DSPs or to be driven
directly from various pattern generators with the onboard option to add a resistor network for proper load
termination.
