TMS320C28x Optimizing C/C++ Compiler v15.12.0.LTS User's Guide describes the TMS320C28x C/C++
compiler. This compiler accepts ANSI standard C/C++ source code and produces TMS320 DSP assembly
language source code for the TMS320C28x device.
