DESCRIPTION
The TPS73734 is a low-dropout (LDO) voltage
regulator that offers very good line and load transient
response, even with a small 1.0μF ceramic output
capacitor. The TPS73734 is suitable for driving
C2000 MCUs from Texas Instruments. The device
offers very low dropout voltage which helps to reduce
power loss.
In combination with a voltage supervisor such as the
TPS3808G01, the TPS73734 can deliver tight VIO
voltages and generate accurate power-good signals
that meet or exceed power requirements for the
C2000.
The TPS73734 is available in a 5-pin SOT-223
package.
