HPI: The state of HCNTLA and HCNTLB determines
if address, data, or control information is being
transmitted between an external host and the device.
Note: HPI is pin multiplexed with Asynchronous
EMIF at the output pin. HPI is available only when
boot mode selected is HPI boot mode. In this
configuration, the device will always act as a slave.
