DESCRIPTION
The TPS65520 is a highly efficient, 8-channel power
management IC for digital still cameras (DSCs) inte-
grating power MOSFETs and operating from an input
voltage range of 1.5 to 5 V.
Its optimized circuit configuration maintains stable
regulation characteristics while minimizing the num-
ber of external components required for phase com-
pensation and other purposes.
The TPS65520 controls each output channel by
communicating with the Sub-CPU through a serial
interface.
