When the microprocessor detects LIVO low during t > tmP (internal microprocessor timing special for line breaks), it
forces high the shutdown bit through the serial bus, thus leading the IC, after t_off, to go into standby mode (oscillator stop).
Pin RESET remains high.
When the line break is shorter than tmP, nothing appears.
