The RHFL4913A adjustable voltage regulator is available in a high thermal dissipation 16-
pin hermetic Flat package, the bottom flange of which is metallized to allow direct soldering
to a heat sink (efficient thermal conductivity). The device is also available in the SMD5C
hermetic ceramic package.
