DESCRIPTION
This Power MOSFET is the latest development of ST-
Microelectronis unique "Single Feature Size™" strip-
based process. The resulting transistor shows ex-
tremely high packing density for low on-resistance,
rugged avalanche characteristics and less critical
alignment steps therefore a remarkable manufactur-
ing reproducibility.
