Description
Equipotential point. Connect these pins to the
printed circuit board common via the lowest
possible impedance.
RF input
DC control voltage input that sets bias to the first
amplifier stage.
DC control voltage input to regulate the current to
the first amplifier stage.
DC control voltage input to regulate the current to
the 2nd amplifier stage.
Reference voltage input to power detector.
Power detector output voltage.
RF outputs and supply voltage inputs to second
amplifier stage. These pins must be connected
directly together for current sharing.
DC supply voltage input to the first amplifier stage.
