SKY77328 iPAC™ PAM FOR QUAD-BAND GSM / GPRS
Package Descriptions
Figure 5 shows the device pin configuration and Table 4 lists the
pin names and signal descriptions. The pin numbering convention
starts with pin 1 at the upper left, as indicated in Figure 5, and
increments counter-clockwise around the package. Figure 6
interprets typical case markings.
