Description
The SKY13354-368LF is a pHEMT GaAs dual single-pole, double-
throw (SPDT) crossed switch designed for cellular infrastructure
band switching applications. The internal crossed switch
arrangement is designed to switch balanced RF filters.
Switching is controlled by two control voltage inputs (V1 and V2).
Depending on the logic voltage level applied to the control pins,
the RFCA and RFCB pins are each connected to one of four
switched RF outputs (RF1A, RF1B, RF2A, or RF2B) using a low
insertion loss path, while maintaining a high isolation path to the
alternate port DC blocking capacitors are required on all RF ports.
The switch is a “reflective short” on the isolated port.
The switch is manufactured in a compact, 2 x 2 mm, 12-pin
exposed pad plastic Quad Flat No-Lead (QFN) package.
A functional block diagram is shown in Figure 1. The pin
configuration and package are shown in Figure 2. Signal pin
assignments and functional pin descriptions are provided in
Table 1.
