In case that users select âdelay time option Aâ and to use an internal oscillation circuit, and if setting â1â in B6 bit in the
D03 timer setting register, â1â in TS3 in the timer scale register, DO3 inverts at delay time of 35 µs (7 à 5 µs). Other
examples are shown in Figure 18.
