7.7.1 Testing Waveform
Conditions as above (Recommended Operating Conditions) at TA = 0 to 70 °C.
Inputs are driven to 2.4 V for a logical â1â and to 0.4 V for a logical â0â. Timing
measurements are made at 2.0 V for a logical â1â and 0.8 V for a logical â0â. The AC
testing input/output waveforms are shown in Figure 55.
