FUNCTION
Ground
Active Low reset. RESET remains low while VCC is below the reset
threshold, and remains low for 240ms (TYP) after VCC rises above the
reset threshold.
Active High reset. RESET remains high while VCC is below the reset
threshold, and remains high for 240ms (TYP) after VCC rises above the
reset threshold.
