S_METER (DC)
System reset pin
A low-level to this pin resets the system and
PC starts executing the program from
address 0. When power is turned on, it is
necessary to apply low-level to this pin for
50ms or more after the 8V/5V power supply
is stabilized (leaving this pin open is
inhibited).
