Output voltage ranges from 12.0[V] to 14.5[V] (TYP).
Output can shut by back gate control function.
Back gate control function is a function to shut the output by placing back gate of PMOS to SW7 side when in XSHDN78=L
(CH7 shut down) time and a timer latch.
