VLOA1 = VLOA2 = 4V and VC1 = VC2 = VC3 = -4V, unless otherwise stated.
*Adjust VG1 around -0.45V to get I VLPA12 = 120mA
**Adjust VG2 around -0.45V to get I VMPA = 120mA
