Notes 1. Be careful so that the voltage of Vφ 2L and Vφ R are not beyond VDD + 0.3V.

away on the circuit board, and 10 mm away from the short side of package pin 1. Refer to the below figure.

Caution
Product quality may suffer if the absolute maximum rating is exceeded even momentarily for any
parameter. That is, the absolute maximum ratings are rated values at which the product is on the
verge of suffering physical damage, and therefore the product must be used under conditions that
ensure that the absolute maximum ratings are not exceeded.
RECOMMENDED POWER ON/OFF SEQUENCE
The power on/off sequence is not limited. But, when VOD1 and VOD2 are powered, avoid VSUB and VDD being
unsettled (i.e. high impedance).
Prevent VDD and VSUB from being powered on/off separately.
