Notes 1. Arrange capacitors near each power supply pins (VOD1,
VOD2) to prevent the interference between VOD1 and
VOD2. VDD and VSUB are also the same.
2. Connect three inverters for each terminal of φ1 and φ2.
3. HS-VDD pins are used to fix the heat sink voltage. Set
HS-VDD to VSUB in common on the circuit board.
