PT6311 Key Matrix consists of 12 x 4 arrays as shown below:

Each data inputted by each key are stored as follows. They are read by a READ Command, starting from the last
significant bit. When the most significant bit of the data (SG12, b7) has been read, the least significant bit of the next
data (SG1, b0) is read.
