cal specification data sheet published by ProTek Devices. ProTek disclaims all other warranties. If the Device is applied or used in circumstances
in which the electrical characteristics specified for the Device are exceeded, the Device may fail. ProTek Devices is not liable for any failures of the
Device if the Device is used in circumstances that exceed the published specifications for the Device. If for any reason the Device fails, customer’s
sole and exclusive remedy shall be replacement of the failed Device. Customer assumes all risks arising from incorporation of the Device in to any
other product. Customer acknowledges that ProTek Devices has made the Device available to the Customer for inspection, and the Customer has
had an opportunity to inspect and test the Device.
