CP[7:0]:
The CP[7:0] bits contain the idle/unassigned cell header pattern to match in the
second octet (H2) of the received cell in conjunction with the H2 octet mask. The
BLOCK bit, in the RXCP Control Register, determines whether to block or pass
cells matching this pattern. This register should be set to 00H when filtering the
standard idle/unassigned cell pattern.
