Standby/mute
• The standby mode (V1 < 0.5 V) is intended for power
saving purpose. Then the total quiescent current is
<10 µA.
• To avoid ‘pop-noise’ during switch-on or switch-off the
IC can be muted (V7 < 0.5 V). This can be achieved by
a ‘soft-mute’ circuit or by direct control from a
microcontroller.
