Description
Internal voltage regulator output of 1.8 V. If enabled,
this output should be connected to the VDD1.8 (and
VDDW if wide-range IO is at 1.8 V) supplies of the
chip. If the regulator is disabled, then this pin should
be treated as another VDD1.8 supply input to the chip
Factory test mode. This pin should be grounded or
left floating (has an internal pull-down) for normal
operation. Pull-down is always enabled
Additional address pin for debug use. Should be
grounded or left floating (has an internal pull down)
for normal use. Pull-down is always enabled
This pin must be grounded for normal operation
Reserved
No connection. This pin should be left floating
