The SPS-6110WG series single mode transceiver is small
form factor pluggable module for bi-directional serial
optical data communications such as 16x/8x/4x Fibre
Channel. It is with the SFP+ 20-pin connector to allow hot
plug capability. Digital diagnostic functions are available
via an I²C. This module is designed for single mode fiber
and operates at a nominal wavelength of 1310 nm. The
l 2 to 10,000 m at 14.025 Gbps
transmitter section uses a 1310 nm multiple quantum well
l Single +3.3 V Power Supply
l RoHS 6/6 Compliant
l 0 to 70^oC Operating: SPS-6110WG
DFB laser and is a class 1 laser compliant according to
International Safety Standard IEC-60825. The receiver
section uses an integrated InGaAs detector preamplifier
l -5 to 85^oC Operating: SPS-6110BWG
l -40 to 85^oC Operating: SPS-6110AWG
l Class 1 Laser International Safety Standard IEC-60825
(IDP) mounted in an optical header and post amplifier IC.
