Schottky Barrier Diode
These Schottky barrier diodes are designed for highâspeed
switching applications, circuit protection, and voltage clamping.
Extremely low forward voltage reduces conduction loss. Miniature
surface mount package is excellent for handâheld and portable
applications where space is limited.
