Output. If CB changes from logic 0 to logic 1 or from logic 1 to
logic 0, CEN is low for 1s (typ).
Active-Low pMOSFET Open-Drain Output, Current-Limit Switch
(CLS) Control Output. If CB changes from logic 0 to logic 1 or
logic 1 to logic 0, CEN is high for 1s (typ).

as close as possible to the device.
