Laser select input.
When high, common cathode operation is selected; IBOUT_CC and SGND are
functional and internal 50Ω output terminations are switched in at the
modulation outputs OUT+ and OUT-.
When low or floating, common anode operation is selected; IBOUT_CA and SV_CC
are functional and the 50Ω internal termination resistors at OUT+ and OUT- are
disconnected.
