dissipation PD as follows:

(θJA is simulated per JESD51-7 high effective thermal conductivity
test board).

Note 3: The LTC3609 is tested in a feedback loop that adjusts VFB to
achieve a speciï¬ed error ampliï¬er output voltage (ITH). The speciï¬cation at
85°C is not tested in production. This speciï¬cation is assured by design,
characterization, and correlation to testing at 125°C.
Note 4: The LTC3609E is guaranteed to meet performance speciï¬cations
from 0°C to 125°C. Speciï¬cations over the â40°C to 125°C operating
junction temperature range are assured by design, characterization and
correlation with statistical process controls. The LTC3609I is guaranteed
over the â40°C to 125°C operating junction temperature range.
