These system solutions are pre-

ââ The modern and simple to use

interface reduces time to first

measurement on newly assembled

measurement systems and simplifies

the everyday procedure of setting up

automated measurements.

ââ Large library of tests and instrument configurations available for most common

semiconductor devices. Standard S-parameters, DC-IV/CV, noise figure, 1/f noise,

and gain compression measurements can be set up and executed very quickly.

ââ Highly optimized for Cascade Microtech wafer probers, especially when using the

new Cascade Velox as prober control software. Other prober manufacturers are ef-

ficiently supported as well (see Table 2)

ââ The Python programming environment enables users to design and implement

custom tests and data post-processing. Measured data can be conveniently saved

to ASCII files or to SQL database format, which greatly improves security and allows

users to quickly search data.

ââ The comprehensive support for a variety of instruments, probers, and switch ma-

trixes enables lab managers to optimize lab equipment. WaferPro Express provides

a unified test measurement platform as WaferPro test projects are independent of

instrument firmware.

ââ Fully integrated in the Keysight Technologies, Inc. device modeling flow.

ââ Data can easily be exported to modeling platforms such as Keysight ICCAP, Keysight

MBP and Keysight MQA.

ââ Highly efficient turn-key drivers for the most common Keysight instruments, such as

DC analyzers and the PNA Series of network analyzers, CV meters and power sup-

plies.
