User instructions:
Once mounted on the socket, remove three fan screw from the heat sink.
Rotate the fan away from the heatsink to access the hex slot on the heat sink screw.
Using an appropriate torque driver apply recommended torque on the socket (see page one for torque value).
Rotate the fan back into position, attach and the fasten the screws.
