The Model IAlt4 IsolationAmplifier is an ultra-
compactmoduleoffering high linearity,2500-Voltinput/
output isolation,126dB common-moderejection,exter-
nally programmablegain, a floatinginternalsupplyfor
poweringan externaltransducera, nd externalsynchroniza-
tion of the internaloscillatorusedin obtainingthe input
isolation.Its 0.I q0 linearityassurescompatibilitywith
l0-bit data acquisitionsystemsa, nd input voltagenoiseis
heldto lpV, l0 Hz to I kHz, with l0 pA maximumcurrenl
noisefor the samerange.The internaloscillatorusedto
providemodulationand demodulationfor input isolation
can be synchronizedwith thoseof associatedModel IAl84
amplifiersby an externaltrigger,to preventimpositionof
beat-frequencpyhenomenaon the output signal.An inde-
pendent+ l5 VDC, + l5 mA supplyin the input section,
with the samevoltageisolationas the input, can be usedto
poweran externaltransduceor r preamplifier.
