Description
The Intersil HCS195MS is a Radiation Hardened 8-Bit Paral-
lel-In/Serial-Out Shift Register with complementary serial
outputs and an asynchronous parallel load input.
The HCS195MS utilizes advanced CMOS/SOS technology
to achieve high-speed operation. This device is a member of
radiation hardened, high-speed, CMOS/SOS Logic Family.
