For timing purposes, a port pin is no longer floating when a
100 mV change from load voltage occurs and begins to float
when a 100 mV change from the loading V_OH/V_OL level occurs
with I_OL/I_OH = ± 20 mA.

7.0 THERMAL CHARACTERISTICS
All thermal impedance data is approximate for static
air conditions at 1 watt of power dissipation. Values
change depending on operating conditions and
application requirements. The Intel Packaging
Handbook (order number 240800) describes Intel’s
thermal impedance test methodology.
