Output On-state Resistance
The on-state resistance depends on the junction temperature T_J and on the applied input voltage. Figure 9
show this dependencies in terms of temperature and voltage for the typical on-state resistance R_DS(ON). The
behavior in reverse polarity is described in“Reverse Current capability” on Page 13
