POWER SUPPLY SEQUENCING
In the 74FCT164245T, the condition of VCC1 ≥ (VCC2 – 0.5V) must be
maintained at all times. For the range of VCC1 = (VCC2 – 0.5V) to VCC1 = (VCC2
+ 0.9V), both the A and B ports will remain in a High-Impedance state.
