When External Crystal = 24MHz, FDEV = (fdev × 214 / Fxtal); Fxtal=12MHz
When External Crystal = 16MHz, FDEV = (fdev × 215 / Fxtal); Fxtal=16MHz
Examples are as follows:
Default FDEV[7:0]=01100110 → Decimal 102
External Crystal = 16MHz
fdev (Frequency deviation) = FDEV × (16M / 215 )
fdev (Frequency deviation) = 102 × (16M / 32768) = 49.8kHz
