Ground pin. Local ground for C_NOISE and C_OUT.
By applying less than 0.6V to this pin the device will be turned off.
Optional noise bypass capacitor may be connected between this pin and
GND. Do not connect C_NOISE directly to the main power ground plane.
Output voltage. Connect C_OUT between this pin and GND.
