Ku-Band Power Amplifier MMIC
DESCRIPTION
The FMM5063X is a power amplifier MMIC that contains a three
stage amplifier, internally matched, for standard communications
band in 12.75 to 15.4GHz frequency range. This product is well
suited for point-to-point radio and V-SAT.
