6 Chip Marking, Revision and Errata
6.1 Chip Marking
In the illustration below package fields and position are shown.

6.2 Revision
The revision of a chip can be determined from the "Revision" field in Figure 6.1 (p. 61) . If the revision
says "ES" (Engineering Sample), the revision must be read out electronically as specified in the reference
manual.
